After yesterday's assembly, I received a call from a BMHS parent that was so moved by Wilky's story that she put me in contact with Health Ministries for Haiti. This Saturday, May 8th, Health Ministries for Haiti is organizing an event in Janesville at 8:00 AM to pack 40,000 and Kids Around the World will fund an additional 30,000 meals as depicted in Wilky's sideshow.
The event needs volunteer to assist in packaging meals and any monetary donations will be appreciated. Pass this information to all staff and students so BMHS can continue to make a difference. Here is the information of the location.
